Everyone who loves Freshwater East must be grateful for the heroic work by Joan in the conservation, maintenance of public access, prevention of mass development, and the eventual declaration that the Burrows are registered ,and a Local Nature Reserve.
Joan center is at her 90th birthday celebration, long may she continue.
