This traditional Pembrokeshire Cottage was sound and habitable, until it was bought by a developer, who applied to demolish it to incorporated it in a massive redevelopment which was turned down. It is now being deliberately neglected following the example set by PCC owned properties . What a waste.
OCTOBER the cottage has now been tidied up and repaired.

PEMBROKESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL GO AND HAVE A LOOK AT ST FLORENCE
1 comment:
Not sure that the council can stop repointing with cement mortar just because the building is on a conservation area, but if they wanted to enforce it they'd need ten times as many staff. I am certain however that St Florence is well outside the National Park
